Bug Description

I created an individual SORMAS account but have not received the
confirmation/activation link via email, despite waiting for an extended period.

Environment

Actual behaviour
No email received, even after checking spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Resend attempts have also not worked.

Additional context

Reproduction Steps

  1. Visited the SORMAS registration page
  2. Filled in all required details and submitted the form
  3. Awaited confirmation email — none received

Expected Behavior

A confirmation/activation link should be sent to the registered email address promptly.
