Case Classification info popup not displaying correctly

Bug Description

If you enter a manual case classification info in the disease configuration and click on the "Info" button, the popup displays the full HTML markup instead of rendering it correctly.

Please investigate

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to a "Measles" case on qa-lux.sormas.dev
2. Click on the "Info" button next to the case classification buttons
3. Observe error

Expected Behavior

The text should be displayed as configured in the disease config, taking into account formatting, line breaks etc.
