Customizable field default value not applied - Case #14084

Bug Description

According to requirements:

"Default Value: Optional pre-populated value automatically assigned to newly-created entities. Default values are applied during entity creation and can be subsequently overridden by users unless the field is marked read-only."

This means when creating a new case after a customizable field with default value was added the default value should be present "by default" without intervention of the user.

Reproduction Steps

This is assuming a customizable field of type radio button list was defined up-front. Otherwise check the requirement document to see how you can add one.

  1. Go to Sormas QA Lux dev
  2. Make sure a customizable field with default value exists.
  3. Create a new case
  4. Open the newly created case

Expected Behavior

The default value should be present.
