Dengue Symptoms - Missing Symptoms

Bug Description

While testing the list of defined symptoms in this list, some differences have been found:

Differences encountered:

• Light gum bleeding missing from symptoms
• Nausea shows in complications box but is not categorized as complication in the table
• Other neurological symptoms does not show in complications box but is categorized as complication in the table
• Severe Bleeding is missing from symptoms (Maybe called differently?)
• Skin rash is missing from symptoms (Maculopapular rash exists, is this the same?)
• Slight nosebleed is missing from the symptoms
• Tiredness is missing from the symptoms
• Unusual thirst is missing from the symptoms

Reproduction Steps

1. Open any Dengue Fever case
2. Open Symptoms tab
3. Observer error

Expected Behavior

Please confirm with Chris that the list in the linked issue is still correct and adjust the symptom tab accordingly to his feedback.

• Light gum bleeding missing from symptoms - > If the bleeding or bruising set to ### Yes, all bleeding related symptoms will display. In this case gums bleeding is displaying correctly.

• Nausea shows in complications box but is not categorized as complication in the table -> ** @Christophe-SF could you pls confirm whether it needs to be included in the complications or not **
• Other neurological symptoms does not show in complications box but is categorized as complication in the table - > _ @Christophe-SF could you pls confirm whether it needs to be included in the complications or not_
• Severe Bleeding is missing from symptoms (Maybe called differently?) -> Has been mapped to Acute bleeding.
• Skin rash is missing from symptoms (Maculopapular rash exists, is this the same?) -> Yes its same as "Maculopapular rash"
• Slight nosebleed is missing from the symptoms -> Mapped to "Nose bleed", but the user has to select the bleeding or bruising to Yes
• Tiredness is missing from the symptoms -> Mapped to General weakness
• Unusual thirst is missing from the symptoms -> mapped to Polydipsia

Mappings has been updated in this task# #13812
with a comment as "Latest grouping of Dengue symptoms as follows"

• For Dengue fever only the complication box should be labelled "Warning signs" -> Fixed, for Dengue warning sings will be displayed, but for others, its complications
• Nausea is not part of the complication/ Warning signs ->Fixed. Delete from the complications/warning signs
• Other neurological symptoms: the related test field is reported to the Warning signs box ->Fixed. Added to the warning signs
• Also Fatal risk is not part of the symptoms and should be removed -> @Christophe-SF this has been mapped to the Dengue's doctor's declaration mCComplicationsPotentiellementMortelles element. So it can't be deleted, a comment had been written as "to map the life threatening complications of dengue". Are you sure that, this symptom should be excluded from the complications??
  -> Aggred to map to the fatalrisk symptom, but we'll not show in the warning sings.
