Boolean string representations - Customizable fields

Bug Description

Boolean string representation is displayed in column "Active" and "Read only" .

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Sormas QA Lux dev
2. Go to Configuration Customizable Fields : https://qa-lux.sormas.dev/sormas-ui/#!configuration/customizableFields

Expected Behavior

Should be "Yes / No" like in Samples Directory (https://qa-lux.sormas.dev/sormas-ui/#!samples/ ) for Sent/Dispatched or Received were it's properly translated

Fixed in the contact module also,
As discussed with @Christophe-SF If the prophylaxis is prescribed only, it'll be displayed as "Yes", no default values like "no/false" setting. B'cas this requirement is not for all diseases and moreover prophylaxis is not applicable for all disease.
