feat(ui): add drag-to-resize on lineage DAG nodes

Description

Add drag-to-resize support for nodes in the lineage DAG visualization. A 10x10px invisible hit area in the bottom-right corner of each node allows users to drag to expand horizontally (revealing truncated model names) and vertically (revealing more columns in the scrollable list).

Approach:

• Uses NodeResizeControl from the bundled @reactflow/node-resizer (no new dependencies)
• onResize callback directly mutates the columns wrapper height via ref — avoids React re-renders during drag for smooth interaction
• Removes label truncation in ModelNodeHeaderHandles so full names are visible when nodes are widened

Test Plan

Manually tested via local instance:

• Default node rendering unaffected
• Horizontal resize expands node width, revealing full model/table names
• Vertical resize expands column list beyond the default 5-row scroll area
• Connection handles (left/right arrows) remain functional and correctly positioned after resize
