Combine Rules on "Test Please"

These 2 rules look too similar:

as per @adamcogan and @joshbermanssw

1. Update Do you conduct a "Test Please"? to be a conceptual rule that you should always have a 2nd pair of eyes on work you do (use a image)

2. Add links to each other on the 1st paragraphs

3. Then update Do you know how to request a "Test Please"? will be specific for each type of test please. The main idea is to have a PBI and keep the feedback there. There are ways to get the feedback (calls, chat, or even in person, or directly in the PBI comments).

   • Remember Github is the single source of truth (that is where the feedback to be documented)
