• Overhaul laser comms

  Ensure all bugs associated with laser comms dropping out or laser returning powered off when it's not are gone. Already the core bugs have been removed in Mai Tai, but they remain in other systems. We also want to move to the modern serial class, then after that do async serial comms to remove the pauses associated with the comms. Do in stages.
