Useful Tips

• To avoid automatically turning off the laser at the conclusion of acquisition: hBT.leaveLaserOn=true Note that this setting is reset after the acquisition is finished so you'll need to re-apply. When this happens, it's reported to the command line.
• To avoid slicing the final section: hBT.sliceLastSection=false
• If setting up an acquisition with rectangular images in ScanImage, you can change image resolution easily using the hBT.scanner.setImageSize command.
