Using The Object Spawn Command
There are multiple methods that can be used to spawn items for use in-game such as /qatool or the character builder terminal (blue frog). These methods rely on those tools being configured to spawn those items and that means that they simply don't have everything. Another method for spawning items is the command /object spawn
Here is a list of sample commands for various objects in the game. You should note that the path to them starts with object/tangible/ and so you can easily locate them in the source code.
