Since SEB 3.5.1, SEB asks users to grant system permissions for the folders defined in your settings for download/upload folder and log files (if not using the default log folder). SEB 3.6.1 doesn't ask for the permission, if downloading/uploading or logging is disabled in your settings. Someone already informed us, that some students for whatever (weird) reason deleted their Downloads folder or created an alias to a network folder. SEB currently doesn't handle that case (because we didn't expect anyone would mess with standard folders). As a workaround everything should work if they re-create a Downloads folder in their home directory. |

We have an issue as shown in the screenshot below:
MacOS SEB-version 3.6.1
After installation is complete, a function check should be performed. This does not work because the system blocks it, see screenshot.
What is the problem here? How can this be solved? (The procedure “uninstall - restart - install - restart” has already been considered.) According to the student, the directory mentioned is not available/visible.
