Use temporary download / upload directory

With sejda.com you can easily create PDF-forms for free, just like Adobe (paid).
With Adobe or Sejda or another PDF-form I got always the same trouble.
I put the file somewhere on a cloud-websitelocation (so not OneDrive or similar). The student can download the file and can fill it in with the SEB Browser.
The student can save the file and upload it back to the cloud location.
But the file remains on the pc, because the option "Use temporary download / upload directory" is not working on the Windows device. I have to choose for the other options in the SEB-config file.
I tried it with multiple versions of SEB and multiple different devices. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. But this case should be great if it could work.

Please provide the log files of the affected session(s). SEB should recursively delete the entire directory and its contents or then log an error if that fails (see https://github.com/SafeExamBrowser/seb-win-refactoring/blob/master/SafeExamBrowser.Browser/BrowserApplication.cs#L277).
