* chore(harness): sync corporate/site overlay and scripts/harness gates

Align this checkout to the SafetyMP corp-site portfolio shape: .corp-harness site binding, lean site roles/skill, and scripts/harness verify/adversarial digest boundary.

* fix(harness): prettier-format site.json for verify gate
