Use kill -HUP to reload config always run into "FATAL[0014] start service: start inbound/tun[tun-in]: configure tun interface: open tun: TUNSETIFF: device or resource busy" in my router.
I am new to this software and spend a lot of time to make it run fine in my router, so I MUST make reload config work fine and then implement clash api "POST /restart".
