add TiRex-2 results (#159)

Hi, 

we would like to submit the zero-shot and pretrained versions of
[TiRex-2](https://github.com/NX-AI/tirex-2) to GiftEval.

TiRex-2 is a causal multivariate TSFM using xLSTM capable of leveraging
future information, if given. As TiRex it is based on the recurrent
xLSTM architecture and provides fast inference speeds.

Please note that access to the checkpoints on Hugging Face is gated,
meaning users must provide their email and username, and approval is
granted automatically.

If you run into issues regarding compilation of the sLSTM kernel, please
make sure that the [system-level
dependencies](https://github.com/NX-AI/tirex-2/blob/2d7282e3cd793e932fab0bfaf38b2f41f0efb6f7/pyproject.toml#L111)
are available in your evaluation environment.
