can we get citations added to zenodo? (Trac #1238)

I notice that zenodo has a beta that scrapes citations but only from a small subset of publications. It also has a nice feature that will show citations to each version or to ALL versions for a complete picture. This could be interesting if we know how to hook up more data to it?
