change title of simultaneous fit (Trac #229)

As per Richard Heenan (and others) The fact that constrained fitting of a single model and data set is possible is obscured by the fact that the menu item calls it "simultaneous" fitting -- change label to make obvious it is both constrained and simultaneous fit"
