List modules needing changing to accommodate sasmodels new structure (Trac #505)

There are tickets for the obvious ones, but somebody should try to look through the structure to see what others might need fixing. For example what is !SubComponent.py in sasview>src>sas>models? ... and does it need to be fixed for !SasView 4.0 to work?

This has essentially been done though in a diffuse way. Andrew and I agree however it is now done.
