Running Aqua QA tests in downstream testing tends to have issues, so it's generally good to section them out into a separate QA test group so they can be selectively disabled downstream. This fixes the MTK downstream test failure.

Performance check takes quite some time and it does not seem reasonable to run it on each push to PR. The idea to make it runnable on demand.
