I can try to open a PR for this, but thought to open an issue first as per convention, especially since implementation probably relies on things I would not have access to.
The basic premise of the idea is to encourage users to flag issues with the way the way manifest files are set up. I myself have encountered some issues with a handful in the official bucket, and I wish I had reported them as soon as I saw them but I also could not be bothered in those instances.
Still, I wish I did and there was a path of less resistance because there's nothing quite like Scoop for those of us stuck with Windows.
In principle even those without GitHub should at least be able to send some data to maintainers or to a bot with a 'report problem' button.
I suspect this would be limited to official buckets, though maybe there is a way to have the benefits be broader.
