chore: bump version to 1.0.2 and fix credential filename casing

Renames credentials/ScrapegraphAIAPi.credentials.ts → ScrapegraphAIApi.credentials.ts
to satisfy n8n-nodes-base/cred-filename-against-convention lint rule
(class name and package.json reference were already correct).
