I think I found a bug

I couldn't find a bug reports category, so I'm just putting this in general. I am aware that it is hard to see what is going on, but I was unable to reproduce the bug elsewhere (it is not that I wired something wrong, other instances of the same chip work fine). what appears to be going on is that a NAND gate is outputting true despite the fact that both of it's inputs are true, and I am unable to figure out more because the NAND gate is built-in and I am not very familiar with C#. edit: I am running the Debian Linux version on kali, in case that helps.

Here is the full circuit, with the wires color-coded this time, so it should be easier to understand. I also noticed that there are in fact two malfunctioning NAND gates in this circuit
