chore(license): relicense MIT → Apache-2.0 (fleet standard)
The SecurityRonin forensic fleet standardizes on Apache-2.0 for its explicit patent grant. Replace the MIT LICENSE, the Cargo license field, and the README badge accordingly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
