Want to understand the use of alibi explain output

1-Hi there! Can you please tell me if the output from Alibi Explain( AnchorTabular) is helpful for creating all metrics? For example, can it be used to generate a confusion matrix, precision, and recall etc for a classification model? If not, what is the exact use of the output?

2- Is the output of AnchorTabular helpful for creating a dashboard similar to what the explainerdashboard library does?

3-Also, if I want to calculate Shapley values, I know there is a SHAP library available. Why would I use this KernalShap of alibi library
