Remaining v4 Roadmap

At this point, v4 is pretty much feature complete. There are a few changes I might still want to do:

1. Documentation (Github wiki)
2. Stabilization (Ongoing bug fixes and UX tuning)
3. Further test writing (IDE focused)
4. Return recorder API to being a standalone package (it is an amazing piece of technology by Sidex and is beneficial to lots of systems)
5. Rewrite code export.
