Note

Low Risk
Patch dependency bump only; DOMPurify usage in the app is unchanged and the release notes describe hardening fixes, not breaking API changes.

Overview
Bumps the direct dompurify dependency in packages/app from 3.4.8 to 3.4.9 and refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml.

3.4.9 improves Trusted Types config handling and IN_PLACE sanitization (patch release; no app code changes). The lockfile also picks up transitive updates (e.g. posthog-js now resolves dompurify@3.4.9 instead of older 3.4.x versions, plus routine toolchain bumps like Babel, terser, and webpack).

Looks like dompurify is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
