chore(agentx): trim GB200 validation sweep

Keep only the aggregate TP8 c16 and 3P1D DEP8/DEP16 c1536 validation arms. Remove the three unused PD recipes and master-config entries, and point the changelog at PR #2300. 中文：验证扫描仅保留聚合式 TP8 c16 和 3P1D DEP8/DEP16 c1536 两组配置；移除三份未使用的 PD 配方及对应主配置，并将性能变更日志链接更新为 PR #2300。
