Context

• Interactive mode reliability depends on multiple UI stack components.

Gap

• Limited metrics on reconnect churn, attach latency, and process instability in interactive components.

Scope

• Add component-level uptime/restart/reconnect telemetry for openbox, x11vnc, websockify/novnc proxy.
• Track interactive attach/connect latency and failure classes.
• Expose interactive stack summary in lifecycle and telemetry reports.

Acceptance Criteria

• Metrics identify unstable components and reconnect storms.
• Interactive attach latency visible in p95/p99 trend views.
• Tests cover status/latency emission paths in interactive mode.
