Remove skills duplicated by SenseNova-Skills
Delete research-union and union-search-skill from both hermes-agent
and openclaw, plus the narrower research/arxiv in hermes-agent, in
preparation for pulling in the SenseNova deep-research and search
suites which cover the same ground.
