End-to-End Clinical Data Workflow in R (CDISC-Inspired)

Overview

This project simulates a simplified clinical data workflow inspired by CDISC SDTM standards. It demonstrates how raw clinical-like data can be transformed, validated, and analyzed in a reproducible pipeline.

Key Features

  • SDTM-like domain mapping (DM, AE)
  • Data quality control (QC) checks
  • Safety analysis (adverse events by treatment)
  • Data visualization (ggplot2)
  • Optional interactive Shiny dashboard

Skills Demonstrated

  • Clinical data understanding
  • SDTM structure awareness
  • Data cleaning and transformation
  • Statistical analysis and reporting
  • Reproducible workflows in R

Outputs

  • AE summary tables
  • Visualization of adverse events
  • QC validation logs
