Fix clang style violations in new AMDS daisy chain code

• Add AMDC Firmware changes to implement the DCP #500

In #500, we are trying to merge in a set of changes to add support for daisy-chained AMDS boards. Right now, it fails the clang style check.

Approach

Close this issue via a PR that merges changes into feature/dcp-amds-core (branch of #500) that fix the clang violations.

• Since Add AMDC Firmware changes to implement the DCP #500 has been tested and does work, let's make these changes via a PR that @elsevers approves

I've submitted the PR. For future reference though, clang issues can be solved by executing scripts/format.sh.
