Feature: Maximum Forward Thrust

When chaining multiple boosts, hold the thusters at maximum forward to prevent speed falloff after boosting. This feature should be toggle-able so that it will not interfere with chain boosting used in maneuvering.

Developer Note:

• Add "Max" and "Maximum" Modifiers to the series boost command which will enable the forward thrust key to prevent falloff of speed between boost cycles.
