This line returns undefined.

Looking at the object, i can see the data is there....

var peoplePicker = SPClientPeoplePicker.SPClientPeoplePickerDict.peoplePickerDiv_TopSpan;
var test = peoplePicker.PPMRU.MRUDataDict;

test contains a whole list of our users. But GetAllUsers() returns an empty array.
