Example under "Complex types as parameters for the REST service" doesn't work

The example under "Complex types as parameters for the REST service" for creating a list from xml list schema doesn't work.
Please provide a working example.
Reference: SP.ListCollection.Add

It would be nice if this worked using 'Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint' in PowerAutomate.

Example:

1. Create list from existing xmlSchema
2. Send an http request to Sharepoint (in PowerAutomate)
3. New list is created (including views and columns) from the provided xmlSchema.
