Choose site design is now gone

The drop-down for site creation to chose the design is now gone from the UI.
If this is intentional, we need to remove the part of this article that deals with choosing a site design at creation.

Yes Indeed. Currently the new functionality is rolling out ad should be completed by the end of the month. We'll make sure to update this document when the new Site Templates are launched globally.
