Get SharePoint app permission xml

Is there a way of getting what permissions an app has after it has been installed? If so it would be good to have it described in this post.

Unfortunately no. You can't see the permissions that are applied to the Apps registered this way. (That I have seen anyways, and I've been doing this a long time. )
