Describe the bug / error

When we edit columns for show or hide from Form view, it converts the form view to expanded version instead compact narrow version

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit column
2. Uncheck few columns

View will convert to expanded view

Expected behavior

When columns are only unchecked to hide, it should keep form view as compact / narrow view.
When "Configure layout" is modified only then convert form view to expanded view
