The article "Responding to changes" not available in the left navigation

It seems that it sits under the "scenario-guidance" whereas all the other articles visible in the left navigation sit under "solution-guidance". More articles might be affected - you can however only find them through a search engine - no way to "browse" to them while reading our guidance.
