For application throttling, every application has its own resource unit limit base on the licenses purchased.
My question is how does the limit apply to multi geo tenant? Does site in different geo share the same limit or has it own limit per geo? If request from one geo is throttled, should I reduce concurrent requests in other geo?
Any instruction about how to avoid and handle throttling for multi geo tenant?
