Permission denied error when using Remote SSH

Hi,

First, thanks for this great extension.

I ran into the following error when trying to create a folder structure when I was connected to a remote machine through Remote SSH.

Failed to copy folder structure: Error: EACCES: permission denied, scandir '/username/scripts/'

It would be great if it worked on remote machines.
