Attempting to install apps results in a "Enter the 6-digit verification code for the Apple ID sign in" alert, but no code is available.

Instructions to reproduce

1. Add a source such as StikDebug Repository
2. Tap "FREE" next to an app

What version of SideStore are you using?

0.6.2 (0602) and also the develop branch
