Description of Problem/Feature:
Add SLC component so that we can enable em4 support for LIT ICD apps.
Description of Fix/Solution:
None. Feature is already present in CSA for a while. This simply enables it in SLC builds.
Testing Done:
Build locally. Needs some investigation around power spike to make sure that it goes into em4 ( MATTER-6666 )
