nit: ~75% of the files for EFR32 in this pr are only a EOF new line feed. That change could have been discarded to keep the PR/diff smaller.

Problem / Feature
Updated the board support autogen and config for the efr32 and 917.
Change overview
Introduces double free protection and new components added in sisdk 2026.6
Testing
Pre tested along changes in matter_sdk and docker update in the test PR:
SiliconLabsSoftware/matter_sdk#1047.
Did a some build flash & commission tests as well but couldn't cover as wide as the CI.
