[Feature Request]: Restore specific table of a database

Problem / Motivation

Sometimes a records on a specific table are deleted, and the only way to restore is to download the entire database and create a specific query to insert those values.
This gets a bit tricky or cumbersome on huge databases.

Proposed Solution

Would it be possible to add specific table restoration?
Something similar to the already existing database restorer, where you can restore to a different table name, or to the same table.

Thanks for your suggestion! I see the value in table-level restores, but I'm honestly not sure if/when we'll support it.

Main issues:

• The full database backup always has to be downloaded, even if you want just one table (because of encryption/compression).
• Storing all table names in the backup metadata could be a performance or security issue (especially for large DBs).
• For Postgres or MongoDB it's technically not too hard, but with big databases, these limits are a real concern. Just wanted to be transparent that this isn't an easy win.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

In terms of downloads, I don't mind since Ingress/Egress costs are not a problem for me. I have a couple of databases that are fairly large (20GB). If you did add this feature and created a testing docker image, I could create a testing instance on my staging environment and test it out to give some feedback.
