SkeletalRepresentation is missing from Extensions page

The SkeletalRepresentation extension is not showing up as an available extension, either in the app or on the web version.

The extension has build errors impacting all platforms:

Was there ever a version of the extension that didn't have build errors?

It appears that Slicer 5.8.1 (https://download.slicer.org/#access-older-releases) was the last version where SkeletalRepresentation was showing in the extensions index which can be browsed from the link at https://download.slicer.org/?version=5.8.1.
