Create Scalable Benchmark (spirals classification)

This code can be used freely to generate interleaved Spirals classification benchmark tests,
Spiral benchmark is a scalable Dataset, where the user can systematically increase the complexity of the task by either increase the number of spirals or the maximum angular span of the spirals.
