Add back option to disable the automatic generation of mixes

The community slicer had an option in preferences to disable the auto-generation of mixed filaments.

This option is now removed in the Snapmaker Orca open beta.

The feature also detected if many auto mixes were about to be created and warned the user before doing so, offering to instead not create them.

Please add both features back into Snapmaker Orca Beta as soon as you can.

Several users have asked about how to turn it off. I did not realize it was removed until today.

For a little more context, this can be more than just a nuisance or annoyance.

In some cases if opening a 3MF that has many more than 4 real filaments, the auto generated mixed filaments can be several dozen that require manual removal, or possibly even overflow the allowed buffer of 64.
