Print by Object: Error Assembly is too tall, and collisions will be caused

How to reproduce

When opening a 3mf and it is using Print Sequence By object, sometimes a plate will have an an error:

The object/assembly group will show a Z axis bounding box error plane that some of the objects are extended above

Actual results

The file will not successfully slice, because of this error:

Expected results

The file should successfully slice.

Workarounds

I have found two workarounds, but I am not sure why they work and with the number of models I am trying to work with, going through manually to inspect each and every one of them is not high on my list of things I would like to spend my time on.

Workaround 1: Cut & Paste

1. You load the 3MF and find the following error with the plate:

2. You click the green assembly object group:

3. You CTRL-X (CMD-X for Mac) and cut the assembly with the error:

4. You immediately CTRL-V (CMD-V for Mac) to paste the cut assembly back onto the plate:

5. The error disappears and you can now successfully slice the plate, as expected

Workaround 2: Split to Objects -> Assemble

1. You load the 3MF and find the following error with the plate:

2. You click the green assembly object group:

3. You Right Click and Choose: Split -> To objects

4. You then select all of the objects you just split into objects and right click and choose Assemble:

5. The objects are assembled and the error disappears and you can now successfully slice the plate, as expected
