feat: Stop doom scrolling after a certain number of reels

Description

I hate doom scrolling, but I find myself doing it at least once a day.
I've set the time limit for instagram but always blocks me at the start or in the middle of a reel, so I snooze the block to finish the reel, but I end up continuing to doom scroll

Describe the solution you'd like

For me, it would be ideal to stop doom scrolling after a certain number of reels (or after a certain amount of time), configurable in the settings.
The block should occur during the swipe or immediately after, before I start watching the next reel
