Remove blessed dependencies and update test mocks

Remove blessed and blessed-contrib patches and source re-exports as they are no
longer bundled as external packages. Update test mocks to remove blessedOptions.

Changes:
- Remove blessed-contrib and blessed patches
- Delete src/external/blessed-contrib re-export files
- Remove blessedOptions from threat-feed test mock
- Update pnpm-lock.yaml
